Selling Your Product

eSHOP and SELL has now availed vendors the opportunity to show case thier products online. eSHOP and SELL is the biggest online market place in Nigeria. Placing your products on our site would increase awareness and sales of your product(s).

How Do I Sell:
Selling your products on our site is very easy. We will do most of the work for you. Placing your product is FREE! - You only pay when you make a sales.

Just email us the following items

a) A clear description of the item you want to sell. Description should not be less than 50 words.

Use exciting and attractive words to describe your product(s). Run Specials. Save Customers money. Do not exaggerate. Be honest.

b) Specify quantity to sell. Do not forget to alert us when those quantities are no longer available so we can keep the site up-to-date. Failure to do so will result in closing your account.

c) Use high resolution images of your item. Your item's pictures needs to be clear and sharp. Image size should be 409(width) X 520(height). The maximum number of pictures per item is five(5).

NOTE: We can assist you with taking the item pictures if you need, however there would be a small service fee.

How Do I Get The Money:
All items purchased on our site are paid into the website's company account. Once the payment is made and verified, the money will be swept into vendor's account less 10%.

Please note that the customer MUST receive their orders before payment is made to the vendor. Payments are made within two(2) business days after cusotmer recieves items. The 10% Administrative Fee is used to Maintain the website,Pay Staff, and Advertise the site in various advertising media in Nigeria.

Shipping Your Item(s):
Your product can be shipped to the Nigerian State(s) you specify during item placement. You are also responsible for shipping. So you are advised to factor in shipping cost. After your item is purchased, we will contact you and forward you with the Invoice and Packing Slip.

NOTE: All orders processed via our site will bear eSHOP and SELL on the purchase order.

Refunds and Customer Complaints:
eSHOP and SELL does not issue refunds. However, a vendor can instruct us in writing to issue refund to a customer. 5% refund processing and restocking fee shall be applied to vendor's account with us. All customers issues concerning item(s) purchased shall be vendor's responsibility. Customers come first. So do your best to sell what you advertise.
